FyniteKits is operated from Leipzig, Germany. Payment is taken by our payment provider as merchant of record, so the seller named on your receipt is theirs, not ours. You can reach us at hello@fynitekits.com.

A plan gives you access to the kits in the library for the period you paid for. Each kit is a written prompt, and on some kits a downloadable source-code project. You are buying access to that material — not bespoke work, support hours, or a guarantee of any particular result from an AI tool.

Kits marked Free can be copied by anyone without a plan.

• Spark — $35, billed every 3 months, renews automatically until cancelled. Includes a fair-use limit on prompt copies per day.
• Studio — $85, billed yearly, renews automatically until cancelled.
• Legacy — $149, a single payment, no renewal.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale — it is the seller named on your receipt, and it is responsible for charging and remitting any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

To cancel a renewing plan, use the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, or write to us and we will do it for you. Either way, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

All sales are final. We don't give refunds, credits or exchanges on a purchase, a subscription or a plan — including if you don't end up using it, if it isn't what you hoped, or if your account is closed for breaking these terms. A kit is delivered the moment you can read its prompt, and it can't be handed back.

Two things sit above that, and we'd rather say so than leave you to find out. Where consumer law gives you a right we cannot contract away — the withdrawal right on digital content in the EU and UK is the usual one — that right stands whatever this page says. And because our payment provider is the merchant of record, it is the seller on your receipt and applies its own policy; if it decides to refund you, that decision holds.

Before paying, try the kits marked Free. They need no plan, and they are the same prompts written the same way as the rest.

Under an active plan, or with any Free kit, you may:

• Use the output in personal, client and commercial projects.
• Modify and adapt the prompt, the generated result, and any source code you downloaded.
• Keep using work you already built if your plan later ends.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or publish the prompts or source files themselves, in whole or in substantial part.
• Share your account, or make the material available to people without their own plan.
• Build or contribute to a competing library of prompts or templates from this material.

The short version: sell what you build with a kit, not the kit. Fair-use limits exist to enforce that — see pricing.

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where a plan is cancelled for a breach we may do so without a refund for the remaining period.

Kits are added, updated and occasionally removed. A plan is access to the library as it stands during your period, not to a fixed list — no particular kit is guaranteed to remain available. Anything you have already copied or downloaded remains yours to use under the licence above.

The kits are provided as they are. AI tools produce different output from the same prompt, and we cannot guarantee a specific result, that source code is free of defects, or that any kit fits a particular purpose. Test anything you ship.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to these terms is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
